Data + Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Reporting Analyst to join our growing Creative Risk Solutions Information Technology Team in Waukee, IA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights. You will create comprehensive reports and dashboards to support business strategies and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to deliver accurate and timely reports.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data quality checks.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Provide operational support for reporting, data quality, and technical requests related to the use of the claim system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
